Following the success of Facteur A, which charmed audiences and critics alike, Radio-Canada and AMI-télé are pleased to announce the renewal of the documentary series that introduced us to inspiring, engaging, and authentic autistic individuals. Adapted and produced by Avanti-Toast and recorded in the Atrium of la Maison de Radio-Canada in Montreal, this new season will consist of eight 60-minute episodes and will air during the 2026-2027 season. Don’t miss the final two episodes of the current season of Facteur A, this Saturday, February 28 (Patrick Huard) and Saturday, March 7 (Marina Orsini) at 8 p.m. on ICI TÉLÉ and ICI TOU.TV.
Facteur A celebrates the uniqueness of autistic people and helps us understand how their perspective deserves to be heard. In this program, anything can be said: there are no taboos or inappropriate questions. Guests have the right not to answer, but that would be a shame, because the participants want to know everything! Touching, funny, and disarming, each encounter is unique. The documentary series is an adaptation of the French format “Les rencontres du Papotin,” which has been a hit on France 2 since 2022, as well as internationally.
