Pothole (Nid-de-poule)
This documentary follows the investigation of Eve Duranceau, a citizen who takes action and explores the road infrastructure crisis in Quebec. More than two billion dollars are spent each year to maintain our roads. Yet, they are in a lamentable state. How is it that roads across Quebec are in such a pitiful state? And why is nothing being done? Because beyond roads, there is also a question of money, culture, and the relationship to the public good. And the even deeper question of the status quo. Are Quebecers resigned or powerless?
