In the documentary series Facteur A, celebrities are interviewed by a group of 25 autistic individuals aged 16 to 66. Fred Pellerin, Roxane Bruneau, Claude Legault, Suzanne Clément, Patrick Huard, and Marina Orsini participate in this unique exchange, punctuated by previously unreleased revelations. Directed by Catherine Proulx for Avanti-Toast, these six sincere and authentic encounters will air Saturdays at 8 p.m. starting January 10 on ICI TÉLÉ and ICI TOU.TV, and the following day on Radio-Canada OHdio. The next episode will also be available that same evening at 9 p.m. on ICI TOU.TV EXTRA.
Recorded in the atrium of la Maison de Radio-Canada, Facteur A is an adaptation of the France 2 channel format Les rencontres du Papotin, which has been a success in France and internationally since 2022. In this documentary series, anything goes: there are no taboos or bad questions. Guests have the right not to answer, but that would be a shame, because the participants want to know everything! Their curiosity allows them to ask questions that no one else would dare to ask, and their unique perspective on the world reveals these stars in a new light. Touching, inspiring, funny, and disarming, each encounter is one of a kind! Facteur A celebrates the individuality of autistic people and helps us understand how much their point of view deserves to be heard.
The first season of Facteur A will air on AMI-télé in June 2026.
