Vrai is pleased to announce a third season of Chefs de bois, Quebec’s wildest culinary competition. Hosted by Mathieu Baron and produced by Avanti-Toast in collaboration with Quebecor Content, this unique concept, created in Quebec, is filmed in the heart of a forest magnified by the colors of autumn. The chef candidates, men and women of all ages from across Quebec, must prepare dishes to impress the show’s judge-mentor, Martin Picard, and complete intense challenges that will push them to their physical and mental limits.

CONTESTANTS WANTED
Conditions and criteria for those interested in applying to the show:

  • Real restaurant experience and/or studies in cooking and gastronomy;
  • Boldness and creativity to impress judge-mentor Martin Picard, and the survival instinct to impress contestants who have seen it all;
  • Knowledge of flora, fauna, fishing, or butchery (an asset, but not required);
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
