The original offbeat series created by Sonia Cordeau, Frédéric Ouellet, and Jean-François Chagnon returns for a second season next summer on Crave.

After a hilariously captivating first season, Breathe In Breathe Out (Inspirez expirez) returns next summer on Crave with a new, equally wacky story and a fresh lineup of actors. Émilie Bibeau, Emmanuel Bilodeau, Josée Deschênes, Simon Gouache, Simon Lacroix, Naadei Lyonnais, Luis Oliva, Lily Thibeault, and Audrey Talbot will play new characters, while Sonia Cordeau, Virginie Fortin, Katherine Levac, Alice Pascual, Steve Laplante, Édith Cochrane, Pierre Brassard, Raphaëlle Lalande, Marc Labrèche, François Ruel-Côté, Chantal Baril, Melania Balmaceda Venegas, Étienne Lou, and Justine Ashby will reprise their roles on screen.

From “Namasté” to “You can do it!”

Sophie (Sonia Cordeau) – still haunted by her breakup with Sam (Étienne Lou) – is hosting Vicky (Virginie Fortin), also single and struggling with survivor’s syndrome after the deadly yoga retreat. One morning, they receive unsettling (but hard-to-decipher) threats, while their friend Geneviève (Katherine Levac) becomes a devout follower of Étincelle (Émilie Bibeau), a motivational speaker with questionable intentions. Together, Sophie and Vicky embark on a perilous mission to identify the source of the threats and save Geneviève, which will lead them to infiltrate the influential world of motivational speakers. Their goal: wake up the motivated and take down the motivators.

Breathe In Breathe Out is an original idea by Sonia Cordeau in collaboration with Jean-François Chagnon and Katherine Levac. Sonia Cordeau wrote the scripts for the ten 30-minute episodes of the second season, with Frédéric Ouellet as script editor. Stefie Shock once again composes the original music, while Jean-François Chagnon returns as director, supported by Sarah Pellerin. Produced by Avanti-Toast in collaboration with Bell Media, the series will be available on Crave starting in the summer of 2025. Filming is currently underway and will continue until November 5th. The first season is available on Crave and is currently airing on Mondays at 8:30 PM on Noovo.
